- pupil be between 3 and 7 th grade, belonging to an establishment of the Municipal Corporation of Valparaiso, with 2010 average less than 6.0.
- Proven musical conditions according to their level and special interest in the study and practice of music.
- Family support ongoing development of their skills, capacity for commitment and responsibility.
teachers are specialists in each establishment who postulate to pupils or students.
