I have a clear that there can be no growth without equity and that a government can not be considered good if its actions are not moving towards that goal. Many describe the Garcia government's "good for continued growth even if there were no improvements in education." For me it's the opposite. It's been a bad government because education has not improved, although there was economic growth.
